Context
The site is a brownfield and was identified for housing under the Site allocation and development management local policies plan. The site was historically a petrol filling station.
Task
A private landowner sought expert help and guidance to launch a residential development scheme in Bristol.
After retaining a piece of land following the sale of a Business, a vendor reached out to us for support in managing the planning and development process of creating an apartment scheme on the site.
Collaborate Land worked closely with the landowner and our architecture partners, we proposed a four-storey development encompassing 14 apartments to complement the architectural style of neighbouring properties.
